How a server gets this cheap
Where 75¢ comes from
Our lowest price is a Puck server on its smallest plan, prepaid for 3 days. Puck needs very little memory, so a full dedicated server for a hockey night costs less than a can of soda. Minecraft, Bedrock, Terraria and Factorio are close behind on their 2 GB plans, and every game card on this page shows that game's own lowest price.
That price is a real server: its own address, its own console and file manager, running on game hardware behind DDoS protection. Not a shared world that vanishes when the host logs off, and not a trial that expires after an hour.
Pay for a weekend, or subscribe for less
Prepaid is the cheapest way to start. Pay once for 3 days, 30 days, 6 months or 1 year, and nothing renews. Short rentals cost a little more per day, because every server is built from scratch, but the total is the smallest number on the site.
If the group sticks with it, a subscription is cheaper over time. Your first subscription for any game gets 50% off your first month, a 6 month plan gets 1 month free and a yearly plan gets 2 months free. After that, a year costs 18% less per day than paying monthly.
Split it and it gets cheaper still
Splitting the bill is the biggest saving of all. Up to 10 friends each pay their own share by card from a link, plus a $1 payment fee each, and nobody fronts the whole server. Split four or five ways, even a big survival server costs each player less than a single new game on sale.
Every share gets the new customer deal too, so a group's first month is cheaper for everyone in it.
Where cheap is the wrong call
Some games need more memory, and a host that sells them on tiny plans is setting you up for lag. ARK: Survival Ascended and Palworld start at 12 GB, and Rust and 7 Days to Die start at 8 GB. Big Minecraft modpacks want 8 GB or more.
Pick the plan your game page recommends for your group. If the server struggles, upgrade from your dashboard and keep your world. If it is quieter than you expected, move down the same way.

Common questions
What is the cheapest server you sell?
A Puck server on its smallest plan, prepaid for 3 days, at 75¢. Minecraft, Bedrock, Terraria and Factorio are the next cheapest, and every game card shows its own lowest price.
Is the cheapest plan a real dedicated server?
Yes. It has its own address, a live console, a file manager, backups and DDoS protection, the same as every bigger plan.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Prepaid is paid once for 3 days to 1 year and never renews. A subscription costs less over time and the first one gets 50% off your first month.
What if the cheap plan is not enough?
Upgrade from your dashboard and your world comes with you. You can move down the same way if the group shrinks.
Can I get my money back if it does not work out?
A new customer's first payment can be refunded in full within the first 10% of the time paid for: 72 hours on a monthly plan, 7 hours on a 3 days rental.
Can my friends and I split the cost?
Yes. At checkout choose "Me and my friends" and up to 10 people each pay their own share with their own card, on any plan length, from 3 days to a year. It is not a payment plan: nobody pays in parts over time, each friend simply pays their own share. You pay yours, send each friend their link, and the server starts straight away. Each share includes a $1 payment fee.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. Every game has a Build your own page: pick any amount of RAM up to 32 GB, any length from 3 days to 1 year, prepaid or a subscription, plus your server type and settings. A custom size costs 15% more per GB than the standard plans next to it.
Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
Yes. Pick Prepaid and pay once for 3 days, 30 days, 6 months or a year. Nothing renews: when the time is up the server pauses and keeps its world for 14 days. Add time or switch to a subscription from your panel any time. Short rentals cost more per day, since every server is set up from scratch.
How fast is setup, really?
Your server starts building the moment Stripe confirms payment. Most are online in under a minute, and the address and login appear on your dashboard automatically.
