What comes set up on a No One Survived server
Shelters that last
Beam and column houses, wells, generators and workshops stay saved on the server for the whole group.
Zombie count dial
Set the corpse tide size from 25 to 100. It is the quickest way to make the server calmer or much harder.
Password toggle
Turn the password on and set it in the panel, so only your group can find their way into the town.
Pick your region
Register the server in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania or South America, or leave it unregioned.

How to join your No One Survived server
- 1
Launch No One Survived and choose Multiplayer.
- 2
Pick or create a character and confirm.
- 3
Select Private Server, set the region from your panel and type your server's full name.
- 4
Click Search, select the server and join, entering {SERVER_PASSWORD} if the password is on.
Common problems
Search uses the full server name, not part of it. Share the exact name and region with your group.
The first time you open Private Server the game may ask to restart. Restart, repeat the steps and the list loads.
A password only works if Toggle server password is set to True. Setting the password alone does nothing.
Leave Steam Networking on False. The server fails to start with it set to True.
Server not responding
Make sure the server is online. Servers sleep after 4 days with nobody playing, and anyone with access can start them again from the dashboard in one click.
Use the server address
Do not use localhost, 127.0.0.1 or your own IP from a home hosting guide. Copy the exact address of the server.
No port forwarding or firewall changes
Opening ports on your router is only for hosting a server at home, so there is nothing to change to join this one. If Windows asks whether to let the game through the firewall, choose Allow.
No One Survived server hosting, explained
No One Survived is a co-op open world survival game set after a zombie outbreak. You scavenge for supplies, manage hunger, thirst and health, learn skills from medicine to metallurgy, and build shelters with a beam and column system that rewards planning. Power from fuel, thermal and solar generators runs your equipment, and a well and water storage give you a shower at the end of the day. Cat Play Studio released 1.0 in December 2025 after almost three years in Early Access.
Bases in this game take a long time to build and very little time to lose, so groups want a world that stays saved and online. A dedicated server lets everyone log in when they can, gather for the shared projects and get back to their own corner of town. You also decide how hard it is: the zombie count setting changes how big each corpse tide gets.
The panel has the settings you'll actually change: server name, save name, max players, region, a password toggle and password, admin password and the number of zombies. Auto update keeps the server on the same build as the game. Saves are in the file manager, and one click backups are worth taking before a big rebuild. The live console shows joins and saves as they happen.
This is an Unreal Engine survival sandbox, and bases plus hordes add up. A few friends on a new save should start on 8 GB. Around ten players with well developed shelters, power and water run smoother on 12 GB. If you push the zombie count toward 100 with a big group, 16 GB leaves the most headroom. You can change plans any time, and the bill is prorated.

Common questions
How many players can a No One Survived server hold?
The panel accepts 1 to 100 slots and starts at 50. Most co-op groups play with well under ten, so set it to what your group needs.
How do I join a No One Survived dedicated server?
Choose Multiplayer, pick a character, then Private Server. Set the region, type the full server name, hit Search and join.
Can I make the game harder?
Yes. Raise the Number of zombies setting toward 100 and restart. Lower it toward 25 for a calmer building game.
How do I keep strangers out?
Set Toggle server password to True and set a password. Both are needed for the password to apply.
Is No One Survived still in Early Access?
No. It left Early Access with its 1.0 release in December 2025.
Why can't my friends find the server?
Search needs the full server name and the right region. Check both match what you set in the panel.
How do I get admin rights in game?
Use the admin password from your panel in game. Keep it private, since it gives full control.
Does the server update itself?
Yes. Auto update checks for a new build on every restart.
Is GamezServers affiliated with No One Survived?
No. You rent and control your own dedicated No One Survived server. GamezServers is not affiliated with the game's developer or publisher.
Can my friends and I split the cost?
Yes. At checkout choose "Me and my friends" and up to 10 people each pay their own share with their own card, on any plan length, from 3 days to a year. It is not a payment plan: nobody pays in parts over time, each friend simply pays their own share. You pay yours, send each friend their link, and the server starts straight away. Each share includes a $1 payment fee.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. Every game has a Build your own page: pick any amount of RAM up to 32 GB, any length from 3 days to 1 year, prepaid or a subscription, plus your server type and settings. A custom size costs 15% more per GB than the standard plans next to it.
Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
Yes. Pick Prepaid and pay once for 3 days, 30 days, 6 months or a year. Nothing renews: when the time is up the server pauses and keeps its world for 14 days. Add time or switch to a subscription from your panel any time. Short rentals cost more per day, since every server is set up from scratch.
How fast is setup, really?
Your server starts building the moment Stripe confirms payment. Most are online in under a minute, and the address and login appear on your dashboard automatically.
