Enshrouded server settings builder
Choose your Enshrouded world rules and copy the result into enshrouded_server.json. Any change switches gameSettingsPreset to Custom, because every preset except Custom makes the server ignore your gameSettings block with no warning. Paste your current file first and we keep everything else in it and tell you if it is not valid JSON.
Multipliers: 1 is normal, lower is less, higher is more. Changing any value below switches the preset to Custom, because only Custom uses them.

Stop the server, edit enshrouded_server.json next to the server program, and start it again. The new rules apply to your existing world. On a GamezServers server the preset is a panel setting: choose Custom there, then edit the gameSettings block in Files.
How it works
Multipliers are 1 for normal, lower for less and higher for more. Day and night length are typed in minutes and written in nanoseconds, the unit the file uses.
With your file pasted, only the preset and the values you change are touched, and the result downloads as enshrouded_server.json. Without a file, you get the lines to add.
Stop the server before editing and start it after. The new rules apply to your existing world, bases and chests included.
Example
Setting enemy damage to 0.75, resources per drop to 1.5 and a 6 minute night writes "gameSettingsPreset": "Custom" with "enemyDamageFactor": 0.75, "resourceDropStackAmountFactor": 1.5 and "nightTimeDuration": 360000000000 in the gameSettings block.
Questions
Why do my Enshrouded settings do nothing?
gameSettingsPreset is not Custom. Default, Relaxed, Hard and Survival all ignore the gameSettings block.
Can I change settings on an existing world?
Yes. Stop the server, edit the file, and start it again. Your world, bases and chests stay.
How long is a normal Enshrouded day?
30 minutes of day (1800000000000 nanoseconds) and 12 minutes of night (720000000000).
Where is enshrouded_server.json?
Next to the server program, enshrouded_server.exe. It is created the first time the server starts.
