# CS2 practice config generator

Pick what you want in practice mode and copy the result. Paste the commands into your server console, or download prac.cfg, put it in game/csgo/cfg on the server and run exec prac. Practice commands need sv_cheats 1, which only affects the server it is on, never your matchmaking account.

## How it works

Every option adds the console commands for it, in the order the server needs them. sv_cheats comes first because grenade trajectories, rethrow and noclip depend on it.

The config ends with mp_warmup_end and mp_restartgame 1 so every setting applies at once.

Map changes load the game mode settings again, so run exec prac after every map change.

## Example

Choosing infinite ammo, grenade trajectories and buy anywhere gives a config with sv_cheats 1, sv_infinite_ammo 1, sv_grenade_trajectory_prac_pipreview 1, mp_buy_anywhere 1, mp_buytime 9999 and mp_maxmoney 60000, ending with mp_restartgame 1. Saved as game/csgo/cfg/prac.cfg, it loads with exec prac.

## FAQ

### Does sv_cheats on my server affect my account?

No. sv_cheats only applies on the server where it is turned on and has no effect on your Premier or matchmaking account.

### Why does exec prac say the file is not found?

The file is not in game/csgo/cfg, or it was saved as prac.cfg.txt. Check the exact name in the file manager.

### What is the difference between sv_infinite_ammo 1 and 2?

1 gives infinite ammo with no reloading. 2 keeps reloading but never runs out of reserve ammo, closer to a real spray.

### How do I go back to a normal match?

Run sv_cheats 0, then exec gamemode_competitive, then mp_restartgame 1. The generator shows these lines under the config.
